As a 500hr International yoga teacher, I'm passionate about bringing the benefits of yoga to people all around the world. With the power of technology, I'm able to reach people no matter where they are, and help them to achieve their wellness goals through yoga.

My live yoga sessions are held online, which means that you can practice yoga from the comfort of your own home or office. These classes are perfect for anyone who wants to practice yoga but doesn't have the time to attend in-person classes.

With 20 sessions a month, you'll have plenty of opportunities to join in on the live sessions. Each class is 60 minutes long and is designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, these sessions are suitable for all levels.

One of the best things about live yoga sessions is that they're interactive. During the class, you'll be able to see and hear me, and I'll be able to see and hear you too. This means that I can provide you with personalized guidance and support to help you get the most out of your yoga practice.
